JTB UK Ltd. are acting as agent for Kumon Educational UK Co.Ltd. by providing you with air transportation. In requesting air ticket from us you are dealing with an independent UK travel agency, member of IATA and ABTA, and payment is due to JTB UK Ltd. for all travel arrangements provided except those costs which are met by Kumon Educational UK Co.Ltd.

Kumon Educational UK Co.Ltd. will meet the cost of one return flight in Economy class on the specified airlines and airports depending on your country of origin to Tokyo travelling outward on 3rd December and returning on 8th December, for officially invited Instructors.
For participants who wish to fly from other domestic airports, you must pay the cost of the domestic flights to JTB UK Ltd. at the time of booking.

The cost of air travel for any accompanying travelling companion(s) will not be met by Kumon, and should be settled with JTB UK Ltd. at the time of booking.

If you wish to extend your stay in Japan, fly in or out of an airport other than Narita, or upgrade to Premium Economy or Business class, the supplementary cost will be confirmed by JTB UK Ltd. case by case and should be paid to JTB at the time of booking.

Payment

Credit card payments are accepted.
A transaction fee of 3% will be applied to credit card payments (American Express: 4%)
Debit cards: no transaction fee.
Payment by personal cheque: no transaction fee.

Confirmation

We will reply within 24 hours to your request submitted by Email using the form provided. For telephone inquiries (credit card payments etc.), our office is open 09:00-17:30 UK time Monday - Friday.

Cancellation

If after receiving confirmation of your air reservation from us, you subsequently cancel, the following charges will apply.

Arrangements paid by Kumon: should you fail to attend any of the events you are scheduled to participate in, Kumon will pass on to you all associated costs including flights, registration fees and accommodation costs.

Air tickets paid by yourself: cancellation fee 100% (no refund)

Amendment

If after receiving confirmation of your air reservation from us, you subsequently wish to change your flight arrangements, airline and ticket penalties will apply. Therefore a charge of £100 will be made for an amendment to the booking.

Seating

Seating on aircraft will be confirmed at check-in.

Air miles

If you have a mileage card and wish to credit mileage to your account for these flights, please enquire at the airline check-in counter at the airport.
