At JTB we will always endeavour to pre-assign individual seating requirements for our customers. However, due to British Airways only releasing a limited number of seats for pre-assignment we may be unable to confirm your desired request. Therefore we recommend the next time you fly with British Airways to make check-in easier and avoid the queues by checking in online between 24 hours and 1 hour prior to departure, when the remaining seats will be made available.

At home or in your office...

1. Go to www.ba.com/mmb
Between 24 hours and 1 hour before your flight

2. Enter your surname and booking reference

3. If you wish to change your seat, use the seating plan provided

4. Print your boarding pass online (if available)
Print it onto plain paper. The unique barcode will be scanned by security staff at the airport (in the UK).

At the airport...

If you have printed your boarding pass at home, leave any check-in luggage at the Fast Bag Drop and then proceed through security to the gate.

If you have not printed your boarding pass in advance, you can do so at British Airways' Self Service Kiosks at airports in the UK, Europe and JFK. Just insert your credit card into the machine for identification. If you need assistance, staff will be on hand to help you.
