When our clients personal information, such as address, E-mail address, telephone number, fax number, personal identification and their information, are entered in the JTB Website or when the information is provided to affiliated companies with whom we hold a contract of confidentiality, that information will never be disclosed to a third party without a client's prior agreement. All information will be kept in accordance with our strict security and confidentiality standards together with our business and trading information. Without the agreement of the person himself/herself, the user's personal information will not be disclosed as a general rule excepting to JTB UK and other affiliated companies with whom we hold a contract of confidentiality.

There are however, some cases where this shall not apply, and personal information will be disclosed:

In the case where the client agrees to disclose the personal information.
In the case where its disclosure is requested by law.
In the case where JTB UK displays the statistical data of personal information (as an information from which an individual person cannot be specified) to analyse the trend of users of our website.
