Pricing
We currently offer a choice of financial propositions, which can be tailored to meet the needs of your business. While most business travel agents are switching to fixed service or management fees for the services they provide, we prefer to build the fee structure around your needs, and can incorporate different elements of commission-based fees, services fees or management fees to ensure that you get the deal that represents the best value and most easily manageable solution for your company.
We always maintain complete price transparency, so that you can always see what you are being charged for, and how much. We also only charge for services provided, so that you "pay as you go" without the requirement to commit to an annual expenditure.
Billing flexibility
We are able to offer you a range of payment options to suit the needs of your business.
- Account invoicing: subject to financial references, we can invoice each transaction for payment by company cheque/balance transfer.
- Credit/Charge card payment: the individual traveller can pay for each transaction using a charge or credit card.
- Corporate cards: we can facilitate the set-up of corporate charge cards, either payable by the company or the individual traveller.
